Bardardalur is one of the longest valleys in Iceland. Through Bardardalur falls the river Skjalfandafljot and has many beautiful waterfalls, the most known are Godafoss and Aldeyjarfoss.

Svartarkot farm is at 400 meters above sea level. In good weather you can have great view to the mountains in the highland.

Aldeyjarfoss is undoubtedly one of the most unique waterfall in Iceland.
